Donations instead of presents

Social commitment at christmas

Also for this year the BAIER + KÖPPEL management decided to donate 20.000 Euro for charitable purposes instead of giving Christmas presents to business friends.

The amount was distributed as follows:

Beneficiary: Integrative Montessori-Kinderhaus Simonshofen

Donation amount: € 5000.-

Promotional program: Preschool integrative child education without denomination dependence

Project target: Social sensitization in mixed groups of handicaped and non-handicaped children. Increased tolerance range of education; away from prejudice towards cosmopolitan attitudes

Beneficiary: Villa Kunterbunt – evangelical family educational centre Pegnitz

Donation amount: € 5000.-

Promotional program: Educational promotion of families

Project target: Strengthening of values against all superficial spirit of time flows in classical-christian world views

Beneficiary: Child- and youth ministry of the catholic parish in Pegnitz

Donation amount: € 5000.-

Promotional program: Child- and youth ministry

Project target: Support of child- and youth ministry under organization of the church to improve social skills of young people

Beneficiary: Mulitgenerational house of Pegnitz

Donation amount: € 5000.-

Promotional program: Educational sponsorship for primary school pupils

Project target: Promotion and support of primary school pupils with migration background or pupils with less well-educated families. Compensation of educational gaps and social inequality
